In a kingdom, a grand feast is organized to celebrate the birth of a princess. Unfortunately, one fairy is not invited and, feeling slighted, places a curse on the baby. The curse is that on her sixteenth birthday, the princess will prick her finger on a spindle and fall into a deep sleep, along with everyone in the castle.
