Evidence that do not refute a theory are the evidence that support it.
Irrefutable Theories:

Subtopic
Subtopic
It should forbid certatin things for happening, the more it forbids the better.
Evidence for a theory do not support it, they present a serious challenge that has failed to falsify the theory.
Testability
It should be testable, every test is an attempt to falsify it. So the more the theory can be tested the greater risks it takes.
