DAR INSTRUCCIONES (COMMANDS)
Ingredients for the flour
1 kg Of flour
30 g fresh baker's yeast
Salt
1/2 liter of warm water
50ml olive oil

2 monterosa tomatoes
1 onion
Mozzarella cheese
Grated cheese
50g of olives
100g of mushrooms
Procedure to make the flour
In a bowl, mix the water, the crumbled yeast and 2 tablespoons of flour, the oil and the salt to taste. Mix and let stand 10 minutes.
Continue until the ball that has been formed takes off.
Pour a little flour on the worktop, place the ball on it and begin to knead.
Once kneaded, make a large ball, put it in a bowl and throw a kitchen cloth on top.
Let stand for an hour and a quarter.
Once the yeast has taken effect, it is time to stretch it. To do this, pour a little flour on the counter and place the dough and flatten it carefully so that it does not break.
Preparation
Clean the mushrooms and tomatoes and cut them into slices.
Cut the onion into thin slices.
Cut the olives in half.
Then spread a layer of Monterosa tomatoes over the pizza base, ensuring that it is evenly distributed.
Put a layer of mozzarella cheese and then spread the rest of the ingredients on top.
Sprinkle with oregano and grated cheese.
Bake the pizza at 180º between 10 and 13 minutes.
