The oldest type of economy, very common in developing countries. In this economy people produce their own goods the same as their ancestors did.

Economy where the government directs what goods and services will be produces and who will produce those goods and services. These economies are almost always totalirian governments that allow their citzens few freedom.

Type of directed economy in which the government owns all the property. All individuals work for the state and are based on what the state believes their contributions to society are worth.
