Emotional, romantic, and sexual attraction that a person feels towards another person.

Sexual Health:
Our state of physical, mental, and social well being in relation to sexuality body image how we feel about our body relationships and closeness how we experience intimacy, touch, love, compassion, joy, and sorrow.

The study of nutrition also studies how dietary choices can be used to lower disease risk, what occurs when a person eats too much or too little of a food, and how allergies work.
Nutrition
Vitamins and Minerals: essential nutrients in food to help the proper functioning of body processes (e.g. Vitamin C helps to fight off infections, calcium helps to keep bones strong, etc.)
Diet: controlled eating habits to attain a specific health goal (e.g. lose weight, gain lean muscle, control salt intake, etc).
Protein: complex molecules made from small chains of smaller molecules called
amino acids; protein helps to grow, maintain, and repair body tissue.
Macronutrient: the nutrients we are required to consume relatively large amounts of: water carbohydrates, protein, and fats.
Sports bring people together and teach important values like desire, friendship, respect, and teamwork.
