Initial plan

Essay

r

I'm aiming for a short 5-10 minute video to accommodate to shorter attention spans of people who play games and just in general these days - so this essay will be somewhat small - It will include the main features from Intro body and Conclusion but, will be condensed down.

Intro

r

Main focus1) catch attentionthen2) give backgroundfinally3) present your thesis - and get to the main point

Body

r

The most important part here is point followed by evidence, each point should come with supporting evidence - as this isn't going to be a particularly long essay we don't need to have 3 or 4 points - simple 1 to 2 will suffice.THE MAIN POINT OF THE ESSAY IS TITANFALL 2 HAS BEEN UNDERPLAYED DUE TO ITS RELEASE.We can back this up with the data I've collected via the questionnaire and secondary data. Now considering this do we need a second point? Or should I focus on this to make a video essay that isn't too long and gets to the point.

conclusion

r

Here we'll round off what we're talking about and prove why our argument is significant - we can still use data here to back us up.I.e. "Titanfall 2 has been limited significantly as a result of its poor release - a game that could essentially have changed the FPS genre was overlooked and left behind due to its release and many seem to agree that it didn't get the attention it deserved (insert data here)something along these lines.

Hook?

How can we get attention?

cutscene?

r

this can be a character saying something that may relate to what we're talking about - while it may be a slim chance of being perfectly related we could still use this.

Controversial statement?

r

A controversial statement to catch people off guard and draw their attention into what we are disscusing?

Review and progress?

Getting feedback

Focus groups

r

Upon making a first version of a video we should conduct a focus group to make sure this project reaches its potential and where else we can improve it. I may also do focus groups on first draft of scripts and footage.

Reviewing work and progress

r

Again this will mostly relate to the FMP scheduling
