Japanese fried rice recipe
Ingredients
300g Day old rice
4 Eggs
Any protein
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1Green onion
2 tablespoons of Neutral oil

Procedure
1. Gather all the ingredients
2. Dice protein in small square pieces.
3. Whisk 4 eggs
4. Heat pan on high and pour in 2 tablespoons of neutral oil when pan is hot and pour in whisked eggs.
5. Once the eggs are cooked halfway add 2 servings of day-old rice and your desired amount of protein
6. Add 2 two tablespoons of soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Garnish with scallions and enjoy.
