Discuss how FigJam will improve not only teacher collaboration but students as well.

Step 2: Build a Guiding Coalition

Find out which teachers in each grade would like to implement this in their classroom. While connecting them to fellow teachers in their grade level who will also implement FigJam in their classroom as well

Step 3: Form a Strategic Vision

Write down how FigJam will be used in everyday interactions with class collaboration and fun, while following curriculum learning.

Step 4: Enlist a Volunteer Army

Work with teacher's implementing FigJam. Ask what works and doesn't. Gather ideas and collaborate.

Step 5: Enable Action by Removing Barriers

Take ideas from Step 4 and gather negatives and work through them.

Step 6: Generate Short-Term Wins

Have small steps to work towards for having FigJam in the classroom.

Step 7: Sustain Acceleration

Start working towards implementing FigJam in the classroom for students to use.
