Key Points:
Before Physical Activity Participation:
-warm up whole body
-stretch main muscles
All to prevent injury during physical activity

Stretching involves: gently extending body's main muscles
as far as possible without pain
holding position for ten seconds.

What are you 'main muscles'?

Understand Safety:
Never chew gum/ eat food while doing
physical exercise.
Some people choke and then Heimlich manoeuvre needs to be performed.

Define Heimlich manoeuvre
