Mar del Plata, Argentina
Tipical food
One of the Argentinian tipical food is the Milanese Neapolitan or in Spanish, Milanesa Napolitana. Which consists in a breaded fillet of beef with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Other tipical food is Ravioli with sauce or Ravioles con tuco, delicious ravioli bathed in a tomato sauce with meat, vegetables and spices.
The final recipt which I love is Pastaflora. Pastaflora is a handmake cake. It consists in a paste covered with quince and decorated with paste strips.
