-Crating a positive attitude towards work. -It is required as it helps to serve efficiency and effectiveness goals by changing employee behavior. -The functions of directing, motivating, communicating and coordinating are considered important. - A good coordinating ability is the essence of a good manager. -Be an effective role model.
Definition: It is one of the 5 primary functions that make up the management process, and it is all about the ability to influence people for a particular purpose .Its presence in this process is extremely important as nearly everything that needs to be accomplished in an organization is done by people.
