Before coming to the UK

Police verification
Visa application
Vetting of docs by ARC Interview by native English speaker

- Student will pay a deposit to secure their place - Application and docs would be sent to Twin

Twin forwards the above information to the employers

Employer will interview the candidate remotely

Applicant confirms their commitment to the employer in writing

Sponsorship letter goes back to ARC. Applicant pays the balance of the fee ARC starts the visa application process

Employer engagement

Agreement with the care home includes following: • A contract of employment including wage structure and hours of duty. • A commitment to a minimum three year term with an option for review on an annual basis. • A commitment to finding good quality accommodation either live-in or nearby to the place of employment. • A penalty clause for terminating the contract, or refusing to take a nurse once the visa is issued.
Sometimes, ARC will source employers and Twin will liaise with them for sponsorship letter
