ENFERMEDAD POR REFLUJO GASTROESOFÁGICO

La enfermedad por reflujo gastroesofágico se manifiesta cuando el contenido gástrico asciende hacia el esófago, causando diversas complicaciones. La metaplasia de Barrett es una de las más frecuentes, identificada por la presencia de lengüetas mucosas eritematosas durante la endoscopia.
