The sense of achievement especially job crafting is a huge factor. Such as giving an individual a sense of purpose in their work and always looking to strive more once they do something great.

This was a huge aspect with my internship. Communication was the leading factor in asking questions, or any additional work my supervisor wanted me to do. As well as, since I had the opportunity to have an in person internship, everyone person I worked with a strong sense of communication.
