The Re-integration stage
You feel confused and alone and realiza that the familiar support systems are not eassily accesible.
The autonmy stage
It is the emerge stage when you start to rise above the clouds and finally begin to feel like yourself again.
The independent Stage
You embrace the new culture and see everything in a new yet realistac light. You feel comfortable, confident and able to make desicions based on your own experiences.
