My goal would be to quickly, easily see company info like # of employees, recent posts from company or contact level, adding contacts to a company, etc...

I use this tool now, which is our company soft phone, sms tool, and sms blasting, dialer etc... Hopefully the integration is native experience for users within hubspot. If not, maybe twilio is?

I read it help[s with tracking user activity inside the back end of the software. that way we now which users are successfully adopting the platform.

I heard this helps with round robin. What else?

We use zoom a lot, so make sure its tied into the meeting/calendar tool, so i can replace calendly. Note: We have calendly teams working now, which helps clients book with more than 1 rep on a singly calendar. does hubspot support that?
