why should humans engage in physical activity for their overall wellbeing?
technology advances reduce need to be physically active.
background
Humans have evolved into less of a need to be physically active in our day today life is this neccasrily a good or bad thing for our health
"They had to be physically active to survive. They had to get food. They had to avoid being somebody else's food."
but since we don't need to what are the health effect of not engaging in physical activities
with this argument that we have e evolved less and less does it mean that exercise is becoming less of a thing or is their still health benefits to it
"not wanting to exercise is an evolutionary response to conserving energy that had its uses millennia ago."
humans many years ago didn't know when their next meal was so when they had food they would just relax but when they didn't they had to be very physically active. Resting is good when its not all the time because theirs many more positives from being physically active and getting good rest then just simple doing very limited physical activity and getting rest all the time your body will ahem atrophy.
arguments
people would argue the risk of injury form being physically active is scary but in the long run its better
people are too busy for physical activity especially if they don't need to be in their day to day life agreeing it could cause anxiety feeling as if your being judged being physically active if your not in shape which could cause a bad mental look on being active.
