LOW-FAT DAIRY

You should consume two to three servings of dairy products per day

For example: milk, cheese, yoghurt

PROTEIN

You should consume five and half ounces of protein per day

For example: chicken, fish, lamb

WHOLE GRAINS

For example: cereals, bread, rice

You should consume six servings of grain products per day

FRUIT

For example: apple, banana, grapes.

You should consume two cups of fruit per day

VEGETABLES

You should consume 21/2 cups of vegetables per day
