NORMAS JURÍDICAS

Las normas jurídicas son reglas establecidas que imponen obligaciones y facultades a los individuos. Estas normas generan deberes jurídicos, que consisten en hacer o no hacer algo específico, y en caso de incumplimiento, pueden acarrear sanciones, tanto penales como civiles.
