La mediana le corresponde al valor ubicado en el medio si ubicamos todos los valores en linea, si se obtiene un numero par de valores se saca un promedio de los dos valores centrales.

si en un cojunto de personas tenemos que hay 5 personas que tienen 12, 4 personas que tienen 13 y 1 que tiene 14, tenemos que la mediana es: 12-13

moda

es el valor de la variable que tiene mayor frecuencia absoluta se puede tener varias modas lo que hace a las variables unimodales, bimodales o trimodales, so las variables se repiten el mismo numero de veces no existe una moda.

si en un cojunto de personas tenemos que hay 5 personas que tienen 12, 4 personas que tienen 13 y 1 que tiene 14, tenemos que la moda es: 12

debes ordenar de menor a mayor y luego ver que número es el que se repite con frecuencia .

Es el cociente de la suma de todos los valores de una variable mas el cantidad de estos valores
