Water

In the water and stream ecosystem, there is a dynamic interplay between living and nonliving components. Frogs, for instance, rely on water not only for transportation but also to keep their skin moisturized and facilitate reproduction.

Water

The interactions between abiotic and biotic things in water and stream ecosystem are say the frog needs the water ( which is abiotic) to transport from place to place so she can search for food. second of all they use water to moisturize their skin to keep it healthy and so it doesn't dry out. Finally they use water so she frogs can reproduce and also lay her eggs in the water so they can grow healthy as well. But the frog also needs the bugs ( Biotic) to eat so they can survive there. Also for the frog to live there it has to have the right temperature for it to live there so if a place is to cold it cant live there so where a stream is its usually the perfect temperature ( which is abiotic) for the frog to live and not die of heat or cold. Last but not least the frog needs sunlight and air/gases to survive as well. Or for example the bird needs the branches and trees to make a nest and have to live near a stream or water so they can drink, catch their food and to wash themselves off as well.

what is a water & stream ecosystem?

A water and stream ecosystem is when flowing waters that drain the landscape and include the biotic (living) interactions amongst plants, animals and micro-organisms, as well as abiotic (nonliving) physical and chemical interactions of its many parts.
