Once materials arrive, moisture barriers are installed before
framework (where wood touches concrete)

Framer creates walls on the ground before being attached to
foundation by anchor bolts

Beams are installed into beam pockets and locked in by
wooden wedges

Subfloor (floor joists / I beams and top sheathing) is build and
attached using joists hangers

Second floor wall framing are installed in a similar manner but
uses exterior sheathing as well

Wicking process begins adding more gravel

Sewer waste pipes are installed

Wall Forms are installed starting with corners

Wall Forms were coated with release agent

Rebar is bent/cut and connected to forms

"Bucks" are installed for basement windows

Plywood sheathing and asphalt paper are installed

Fascia boards and gutter are installed

Roofing tiles and corner tiles are sealed and installed

Windows are centered/leveled before being installed

Decorative stone work, wood work, etc is installed

Many details are installed such as shingles, soffits, siding, etc

Patios and driveways and other utilities are installed
