If one does not have a proper diet getting the nutrients they need their performance can be decreased. On the other hand of you eat well, for example eating enough protein to build muscle, your performance can be improved.

Proper exercise can aid in an athletes performance. Building strength, having warmups before athletic sport and tailoring your exercise routine to the sport you are competing in can all affect on your preformance.

Mental wellbeing

Your feelings can directly impact your performance. It has been scientifically proven that if you are in a positive mood while performing your performance will be enhanced. Staying calm and minimizing stress is not only important for your mental health but your athletic performance.
