SMART GOAL FOR FITNESS

Specific

I will learn how to do proper pushups.

Measurable

I will do about 40-45 pushups.

Attainable

I will start to try really hard to do proper pushups and will not give up

Realistic

I will practice at home as well and do other excercises as well

Time

I will achieve this goal by the end of the semester which is June 2019.

SMART GOAL FOR NUTRITION

Specific

I will start to drink more water and eat fruits.

Measurable

I want to drink at least 8 glasses of water and eat a bowl full of fruits everyday.

Attainable

I will limit on junk food and instead of drinking sugary drinks, I will remind my self to drink water.

Realistic

I will not eat junk food or buy any sugary drinks to help me achieve this goal.

Time

I will start this by next month and continue to do it everyday.
