HB2 and Abortion Clinics

Abortion doctors must have admitting priveleges
at a hospital within 30 miles of the abortion clinic

to ties to religion

could not receive admittance from hospitals

have to drive 100+ to get an abortion

Abortions after 20 weeks post-fertilization are
prohibited

Women must pay a visit to the doctor's office
for each two doses of the abortion pill

Women not only have to make long trips, but a few
in order to carry out an abortion

14 days after taking abortion inducing drugs
there must be a follow up appointment to doctor

HB416: Would like for abortion facility workers to complete
training on how to recognize citizens who are victims on
sex trafficking
