1 Hour Physical class with the learners:We are going to start with warming up.Why is it important to warm up the body?The cardiovascular system also known as the heart and blood vessels warms up gradually throughout a warmup. It accomplishes this by boosting body temperature and enhancing blood supply to muscles. After stretching, as a fun activity learners will do the partner resistance exercise.Now time for fun:The teacher is going to play a song and each time the song starts, the teacher are going to give them an exercise they need to do while running in a circle.when the song stops they need to find a partner and do a partner resistance exercise on them.This activity will be 10 minutes.
