Individualism Collectivism
Individualism:
Individualism is defined as a loosely-knit- social framework where individuals are expected to take care of themselves and immediate families.
Collectivism:
This is the exact opposite of Individualism, in Collectivism individuals are expected that their relatives or members of a particular in-group to look after them in exchange for loyalty.

Masculinity:
This represents a preference in society for achievement, heroism, assertiveness, and material awards for success.
Femininity:
This represents a preference for cooperation, modesty, caring for the weak and the quality of life.

This is where the society plans for the future and base all their decisions for their future.
Short Term Orientation:
This is the opposite of Long Term Orientation. Instead of planning for the future they base all their decisions for short term and not plan for the future.

This expresses the degree to where members of the society feel uncomfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity.
