The right to strike is protected by the Constitution. The Notwithstanding allows the government to go above the Constitution. This means they are going above the law- this goes against the Rule Of Law Democratic Principle.

This is also Transparency because the news media (cbc news) made it so citizens can see what happened.

Freedom of Speech - the Right to speak out against the government. The Russian citizens who don't agree with the war are speaking out but they are doing this fear fully, they shouldn't have to be afraid of speaking out against their government.
