Activities: flashcards, mathching games, look and write, completing a collaborative glossary
Assessment: task (decription of some of the learnt vets´ instruments).

Unit 4: Talking to customers
Objective: to get familiar with some general phrases and expressions that vets normally use when talking to customers.
Contents: key words and expressions such as Have a fever, Over-the-counter, Cough syrup, Make sleepy, Shots, Stitches, Syringe, X-rays
Activities: quizes, matching games, listen and match .
Assessment: task (filling out a chart with the definitions of some key expressions using their own words as they figure them out throughout the unit).

Objective: To introduce and review key vocabulary of animal parts
Contents: parts of different types of animals. Mammals, birds, fish, reptiles, amphibians.
Activities: Introduction of words with flashcards, label activities, watching a video, completing a collaborative glossary
Assessment: self-evaluation questionnaire .

Unit 3: Listening to customers
Objective: to get familiar with some general phrases and expressions that vets normally hear from their customers.
Contents: Key expressions such as side effects, rash, Ache, sore throat, runny nose, To feel under the weather, Be allergic to, To have a cough, vet on call.
Activities: quizes, matching games, listen and match .
Assessment: task (filling out a chart with the definitions of some key expressions using their own words as they figure them out throughout the unit).

Conclusion of the course
Participants complete a questionnaire to show their satisfaction and experiences throughout the course
