CS sends quote to Sales or directly to
customer
Place an Order
If customer accepts quote via email or
signature, CS emails DYNAMIC inbox with
shapefile and order form. Orla/production
produces and loads into S3
Note to CS: create SAP contract with
DYNAMIC material code
Delivery
If S3 delivery, Product team delivers
credentials to Sales or the customer
If FTP or HD, credentials passed to SCM for
fulfillment
Complete order triggers invoice
