Why Katniss is a good leader in my oppinion
I think that Katniss is a good leader for many different reasons. First of all she is very productive and convincing, in the hunger games she is very productive because she uses her time wisely to hunt and survive. She is also very convincing because she convinced some of her friends an other people to start a secret rebellion against the Capitol. She is also very caring and takes initiative, when she won the hunger games and won lots of money she was not selfish but tried to help her friends, she takes initiative because when her friend was getting whipped for hunting a turkey she stepped in and took a whip to stop the punishment while others watched and negotiated she is also a very good decision maker and because of this skill she won the hunger games. One of her main skills is that she is very responsible from a young age, when her dad died she had to hunt for her family to survive. In my opinion she is a good leader sometimes, sometimes because she is not a leader all the time or most of the time.

Why I think Katniss is a bad leader
I think that Katniss is a good leader but sometimes she is not really a good leader. Katniss is only a leader sometimes and not most of the time so for example she is a leader for the rebellion and her family not much and because of this she has low experience being a leader but over all she is a good leader.
