"He just wants it to create outreach: all the way from farm people to the ones that don't know anything about chemicals."
"The end goal is to create pieces of information and outreach that alert people on chemicals and the danger. If you see something that has a skull and cross bones on it, you will know what to do with it: stay away from it. It is creating those pieces that TDA can use for their advertising, plus Tech can use as well."
