The project involves creating a collage that embodies the artist's personal interpretation of 'Passion.' Students are required to integrate text into their design and then transfer the collage to a new surface such as watercolor paper or canvas.

How much time do I have to work on this / This is how I plan on using my time

DAY 8-10: Using Prezi, create a slideshow presentation that will serve as a self-critique for the decisions you've made while creating your piece.
DAY 4-7: With the gel medium, students will work on transferring their collage to a separate surface and use various mediums to add color to the black and white transfer.
DAY 3-4: Students will use class time to use there images to assemble their collage with gel medium.
DAY 2: Use computer lab time to edit any text that you have in your image so that the trasfer comes out readable. Programs like PowerPoint or Photoshop will be able to aid in this process.
DAY 1-2: You will have 2 days to collect various images, textures, words, and/or colors to be represented in your collage.

Representative- images that are combined to recreate a specific item or object
Abstract- not resembling anything specific but having an overall idea
