Understanding how one learns is essential, whether through theoretical study, practical experience, or guided instruction. The role of a learner and teacher involves making decisive choices and actively engaging in the learning process.

How do I view those I teach?

People who want to grow even if they don't know it
They will rise to the challenge presented them

There is a limit to what they can do

Limitless potential if properly "cultivated?"

Stress can get to be too much and can harm their self esteem and potential problems.

The teacher is more important than the student and should impose his/her own will on them.
They are full of potential that needs to be explored.
Those I teach are people with unique backgrounds, experiences and histories.
Though they have not had as much experience as the teachers.
