Everytime when we have group in orientation, we would like to things like sharing of our opinions, and we play games together.Everyone is having fun
Everyone had their specific intesrest or goal within the group
Less likely would work together or planning (more like socializing group)
A gathering where people who have common interests or characters.
TEAM
Experience in a performance team (self-managed team), people are expressed more dramatic and will speak more straightforward. Teammates will encourage each other to move on at the same time having conflicts about where does it heading to (Will this performance works)
Everyone in a team are more focused towards a goal
It can be people who have similar or diverse skill,knowledge and character
Meeting up more often than a group
