make sure that your plan pays attention to the opening and ending

tey not to repeat words and aim to use ambitious language

aim is to amuse entertain or frighten not to inform or tell the truth

it is usually written in past tense

make your story more engaging

create tension with sinister adjectives and adverbs

Horror can be evoked by the use of violent verbs, especially those which gives objects a human power

indicate the time frame of the narrative where dialogue and description will be included and where the story´s climax will occur

satisfying ending can be

a sense of finality

an open ending

a return to the beginning

an ironic twist

a short piece of humorous

a cliffhanger

avoid beginning every sentence with it subject or using and then

must be built around an event or series of event including reflections, emotions and descriptions

suspense can be created by slowing down the pace, so there is a sense of waiting and nothing actually happens for a while

Whereas panic can be created by using the opposite technique of using a lot of quick actions in short time to suggest uncontrolled speed

one or two events and two or three characters are enough on a short story
