WebQuest Benefits

You Can Use Other Teacher's WebQuests, or They Can Use Your WebQuest

If you're struggling with getting your students to understand a subject, you can try another teachers approach through their WebQuest
Other teachers can get ideas for their own WebQuests using yours, or you can get ideas from others
When you make a WebQuest, you can make it public, so other teacher's can use it as well

Encourages Groupwork

The teacher doesn't need to be involved until the end. Everything is laid out and organized and they have their peers to help as well
If one student is struggling with understanding what's expected, one of their peers can easily walk through it with them
If you make the project extensive, it's easy for each student to open the Webquest on their own computer and read through the project and then get into groups and help each other explain what needs done

Gives Step-By-Step Instruction

Gives the teacher the opportunity to first outline the project, and then in a different tab it lets you go in depth about each step
Easy to use tabs on the left side of the page to help walk them through the project
Everything is laid out completely and clearly for them

Easily Outlines the Project

By the time they get to the last tab, they should have everything completed with ease
Gives the students a rubric so they know what's expected
There is a tab for every aspect of the project
