Educational Frame Work is created after the introduction of the theme which is participating to the project. by the Director. The director should have enough basic knowlwdge about communicationg and psychology in the work to adapt the created frame work to fit to the project in question
The participants had a creative day in their role and were having fun with their collueges and were able to give feedback.
The Director is the only one who will be paid during this project and should be outside of the working team.. It is up to him how to reward the participants. In my project I donated big photographs to each participant as a present.
The Idea of my organization is to create basics and support good communication inside of the working teams in a creative and functional ways.

In case of restaurant or transport services will be used there will be fees according the services which are taken. Part of them can be paid by sponsors or by press if interested in participating to the program.
The participants were able to go through their fears, dreams and current life situation in a safe enviroment.
The participants created the role they were chosen with a help of collegues and co-operators.
The participants expressed themselves through the role and dared to go outside of their everyday role to find new dimensions to their communication and co-operation skills .
The Fees are according to the materials used. The basic idea is that ithe proffesionality should be find nside the group, so only the material fees are to be paid.
