How do I view those I teach?

Those I teach are people with unique backgrounds, experiences and histories.

Though they have not had as much experience as the teachers.

They are full of potential that needs to be explored.

The teacher is more important than the student and should impose his/her own will on them.

People who want to grow even if they don't know it

They will rise to the challenge presented them

There is a limit to what they can do

Stress can get to be too much and can harm
their self esteem and potential problems.

Limitless potential if properly "cultivated?"
