Laws

German Antisemitism Laws

Antisemitism was a big part of WW2 as it
was targeting the Jewish people. One of the laws was that the Jewish people were forced into ghettos, and had to leave the country or they were forced into concentration work/death camps .

Laws for Aboriginals people

The aboriginal children were taken away from
their homes and forced into residential schools. These schools were backed by the Canadian Parliament, and were enforced by churches and nuns. They were made to make the aboriginal children forget their culture entirely. The last residential school was shut down in 1996

The Aboriginal Peoples used to not be able to have lawyers as they didn't want them to be able to contest treaties that they didn't know they were signing. They could have lawyers in 1927. The Indian act is another law where if a women of aboriginal
descent married a man of non-aboriginal origins she
would loose her status as an Aboriginal.
