TEAM

Meeting up more often than a group

It can be people who have similar or diverse skill,knowledge and character

Everyone in a team are more focused towards a goal

Experience in a performance team (self-managed team), people are expressed more dramatic and will speak more straightforward. Teammates will encourage each other to move on at the same time having conflicts about where does it heading to (Will this performance works)

GROUP

A gathering where people who have common interests
or characters.

Less likely would work together or planning (more like socializing group)

Everyone had their specific intesrest or goal within the group

Everytime when we have group in orientation, we would like to things like sharing of our opinions, and we play games together.Everyone is having fun

Handling Conflict

Accomodating

Can be better when using dominating stlye

That leads to a leader unable
to make decision or no knowledge on
what he is going to do

Sometimes people are unconsciously
have "no opinions" and will follow the
alpha leader

Good thing about accommodating is

Elements of high-performance teams

Clear objectives,
compelling purpose and explicit metrics

Conflicts easily happened

Everyone has different interest,
not everyone are easily given in to a team

Leader MUST have his stance and reason, as
some will find chance to challenge and question

Some may not paying attention on the goals,
they may missed it as well.
