about her life, and how blessed she is

Doesn't want to go back how she was ever

On the body

It was very strenuous on the body

But more importantly it strained the mind most.
When your brain tells you too quit and you don't
your training your brain your way.

People around her

Big insperation to her husband and kids

Huge inspiration for people who read the book
and an inspiration for me specifically. Seeing how
she pulled herself out of the whole and made something
out of nothing blew me away.
