The Sun and The Effects it Has on Each Sphere
Hydrosphere
The suns energy heats up the bodies of water, while the bodies of water absorb the energy produced by the sun.
Lithosphere
The lithosphere only gains the energy from the reflected energy from the earth since it is underneath the main absorber (the thermosphere) the energy has no chance to be absorbed on the way down so when it is reflected off the cryo/hydrosphere it gains some radiation energy.
Troposphere
Absorbs and reflects the suns energy. Since the Troposphere contains water in its description and water both reflects and absorbs the energy,
Atmosphere
The atmosphere is composed of a majority of the other spheres so it both reflects and absorbs with efficiency. Its main three components are the thermosphere, mesosphere and the stratosphere.
Ecosphere
The ecosphere is an absorber which harnesses the energy of the sun to grow, there is very little reflection included in the ecosphere which is limited to tops of trees.
Cryosphere
The cryosphere is a reflector of energy which allows for climate control by reflecting the uv energy and radiation away from the Earth.
Mesosphere
The mesosphere is located between the thermosphere and stratosphere, because of its location only the upper half of the region so the temperature decreases the further down into the region.
Thermosphere
The thermosphere absorbs the ultra violet lights and radiation. Since it absorbs these sources of energy abundantly because of its higher position in the atmosphere it bubbles out and its temperature changes depending on where the position is in the thermosphere
Stratosphere
The stratosphere absorbs the ultra violet energy that passes through the meso and thermosphere. This portion of the atmosphere does not do and reflecting.
