Technology Curriculum Coordinator (post-interiew) Administration Seen more along the lines of a lead teacher than an administrator Little authority over network information and maintence requests Plays a role in creating and recommneding budgets Job Duties Solely for this positon Interprets school' instructional technology program for staff, parents and community members as necessary for optimal understanding Ensures technology plan is instituted into the curriculum and instruction In conjunction with media specialist, organizes resources for easy accessibility by staff and students Facilitate staff participation in the evaluation and selections of new sotware & online subscriptions Model proper and effective use of technologies in classrooms & media center Incoprporate community vendors, consultants and trainers in school's tech plan Coordinate ad provide training to staff & students regarding software Provide teachers with ways to use technology to meet district expectations Support (shared responsibilites with Network Manager) Facilitate staff participation in the evaluation and selection of hardware & materials to support instructional objectives.
