JTBD#1 - I want to know how my team really feels. Conclude (Store, Finish, Close) I know that an issue is resolved when people don't talk about it anymore. I have a list of actions items with my team (after our group meeting). Modify (Update, Adjust, Maintain) I read other content (training, internet, etc.). I read Officevibe content. I reach out to my peers or community. Monitor (Verify, Track, Check) I compare my Officevibe results with my team (trend in time), with other teams internally, with my organization and externally. I ping my colleagues/HR to align the message for consistency. I have informal and spontaneous conversations with my team members. I ask my team members to share feedback with me (feedback on me as a manager). I use the Custom Polls feature in Officevibe. I follow up on feedback I get through Officevibe. I keep track of my one-on-one conversations in a document. I track Personal Growth meetings notes in a document. Execute (Perform, Transact, Administer) We have group meetings as a team to discuss general team matters. I present Officevibe results to my team members during the team meeting. I reply to employee feedback on Officevibe. I make sure everyone is comfortable expressing themselves during the team meetings. Confirm (Validate, Prioritize & Decide) I have management or HR meetings to discuss. I have team meetings to review Officevibe Metrics. I check trends in time for Officevibe Metrics. I have one-on-one meetings with my team members. Prepare (Set up, Organize, Examine) I have a Confluence page to hold topics to discuss on our meetings.
