My Wellness Plan SOCIAL Hang with family Help mom with chores around the house Ex. Cooking Board game Video games with siblings chat with friends online Face time Best friend, family friends/relatives overseas, and cousins Text school friends through social media etc... SPIRITUAL Stare gaze Meditate Play relaxing music, Sit still in a comfortable position wither in the morning or before bed. Then breath and empty mind EMOTIONAL Do things for myself Face mask paint nails take a bath spend time off-line Baking be artistic ex. DIY's and draw INTELLECTUAL Do cross words Make a puzzle Reading PHYSICAL Sleep Note: Make sure room is dark Wake up at around the same time everyday Set timer for bedtime (keep this consistent) Diet Note: Do not Mid-night snack! Repeat: back to day one Day 3: 3 full meals and as many unhealthy snacks as I feel like eating throughout the day Day 2: 3 full meals and 2-3 snacks (healthy and non healthy) Day 1: Only 3 full meals and 1 snack Keep a 3 day routine Exercise Help with garden work ex. chopping wood Play sports in back yard 5 days workout 2 day break Follow a workout plan/challenge
