Rest for a while to reduce Musculoskeletal discomfort.
OSH Administration advises some tips to reduce musculoskeletal discomfort:
a) Stretch your fingers, hands and arms regularly and regularly
b) Momentary and periodic rest
c) Rest, stand and walk locally periodically
d) Frequently change computerized work with non-computerized work when there is a chance
e) Make changes to the workplace layout
Sickness will last for 2 weeks and recover in 4 to 6 weeks
Advised to exercise continuously for 6 to 8 weeks
