DISCRIMINATION BASED ON NATIONALITY.
CURRENT LEGISLATION REGARDING THE SPECIFIC TYPE OF DISCRIMINATION SELECTED
Criminal Code Section 134A. Any person who arbitrarily prevents, obstructs or restricts the full exercise of the rights of persons on the basis of their race, nationality, sex or sexual orientation, disability or other grounds of discrimination shall be liable to 12 years' imprisonment (12) thirty-six (36) months and a fine of ten (10) to fifteen (15) current statutory monthly minimum wages.
Persons are also subject to constitutional protection proceedings in order to bring proceedings against any natural or legal person who has violated their good name on grounds of nationality, where the guardianship judge will order the person who discriminated to retract what he has said and make a public apology.
EXEMPLARY CASE
A major case of discrimination was the genocide that took place in Europe during the course of the Second World War under the regime of Nazi Germany.
In this case, millions of people of different nationalities were killed for both religious and purely national reasons.
In Germany there was the thought of Pure Nationalism, where only race and German nationality was for them the correct and purest, for that reason they decided to take prisoners all those who were not of their nationality and execute them subsequently.

Is foreign or immigrant phobia, the manifestations of which can range from simple rejection, through various types of aggression and, in some cases, lead to murder. Most of the time xenophobia is based on the heightened sense of protection of a nation
FEATURES
It is a type of discrimination based on the nationality of another person.
A single person or a large group of persons of the same nationality may be discriminated against.
Xenophobia can present at any time, no matter the scenario.
Anyone from any nation could be subjected to xenophobia. It doesn’t matter if the person is an emigrant or not, if he is poor or not. None of this is taken into account.
It may be for reasons of pure nationalism, that is, to protect the sovereignty of the country from the arrival of foreigners.
It can become a simple insult, an assault, or even more serious as death.
