Light is a form of energy that travels in waves and can be perceived by the human eye. When light encounters different surfaces, it can either reflect, refract, or be absorbed. Reflection occurs when light bounces off a surface, allowing us to see images such as our face in a mirror, where a virtual image appears right-side up behind the mirror.
