Above is Apple's Ad for their newest IPhone's the XR, XS, and XS Max. The ad shows the simplicity that Apple uses when Marketing their products. Apple doesn't overload the customer with information of the product.

In 2006 Greenpeace ranked Apple last in in it's 2006 edition of Guide To Greener Electronics. The negative publicity lead Apple, and Steve Jobs to publicly change their environmental goals. Apple's end result was Jobs 2007 initiative called A Greener Apple. This resulted in Apple reducing and sometimes banning toxic chemicals such as mercury and cadmium. Apple continued to expand their environmental goal, and by 2010 the company had completely re branded. Since that time Apple has seen a massive spike in sales, which has led to the dominance that Apple has on the Technology Market.

Technology is everywhere we look from cell phones to computers, tablets and more. Consumers and businesses rely on these devices on a daily basis to communicate with others, track statistics, or staying up to date with local, regional and international news. The technology market has many dominant companies but one of the strongest globally is Apple. The Company offers many devices such as Macbooks, Iphones, Ipads, Ipods, Apple Watches, Cloud Storage, and Music Services. Apple has made their products available almost all over the world through their own Apple store locations or competitor locations such as Walmart, Best Buy, and a large majority of cell phone companies such as Bell, Rogers and Telus. (Apple Tool Box, 2019) Apple has a wide variety of target markets for their products because they are user friendly and adaptable for all age groups depending on the product. Ipods and Ipads can be targeted to a wide range of age group from young children to adulthood. MacBooks are widely used in schools and universities, among students and teachers for learning. They are found in homes as the main computer source. Apple provides a wide variety of accessories from the Apple watch, Airpods and a music service iTunes that can again target any age group. The Apple Watch can be used to help keep you organized at home and at work, while you can use iTunes to listen to your favourite song from any device or directly from the app on your phone. The reason Apple has been so successful is based on how strongly they are able to market all of their products or services. Apple had marketing down to a science for years. One of the reasons they are continuously able to successfully sell so many of their products is due to how they market. Similar to their products, Apple's marketing relies on simplicity. They do not overload with specs of the product or the price (Daily Egg, 2019). One of Apple’s most dominant products is the Iphone. Year after year, it continues to be the most popular cell phone worldwide (Statista, 2019). The Iphone offers a user friendly interface that can suit the needs of many.

Promotion

Apple typically does not put many of their products on sale as they know consumers will pay the full price. They do offer a trade back program for customers to trade in their previous apple devices for a apple gift card. (Apple Inc, 2019)

Place

Apple has been able to offer their product in their own Apple stores, online, Telecommunication companies such as Bell, Rogers, Telus and large electronic stores such as The Source, Best Buy, and Costco.

Pricing

Apple dictates the pricing of all their products and services.Their pricing tends to lean on the expensive side as they want to make as much revenue possible. Apple is capable of having a more expensive price because they know that whatever the product may be, consumers will buy it.

Itunes Music, Cloud Services
ITunes is a Music streaming app for Apple devices. Apple offers the cloud for customers to be able to safely store all of their personal information and photos.
MacBooks
MacBook is Apple's own laptop or computer.
IPad, Ipod
IPad is a device that has similar features to a IPhone except for the ability to call and text on the cellular network. IPod similar to an IPad but with smaller screen and more portable.
IPhones
Apples own Smartphone.
